বুবুক.কো: পণ্য ফেরতের শর্তাবলী (২০২৩ খ্রিস্টাব্দ, ই-কমার্সের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য)
১. আমাদের ফেরত-নীতি গ্রাহক বান্ধব। যদি কোনো ব্যবহারকারী তাঁর কেনা পণ্যটির মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা খুঁজে পান যা বুবুক.কো কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা আগে অবহিত করা হয়নি, তাহলে পণ্যটির প্রাপ্যতা অনুসারে তা পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে অথবা মূল্য ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
২. ক্রেতা পণ্যের সমস্যা সম্পর্কে ফুটারের ‘পণ্য সংক্রান্ত মতামত’’-এ গিয়ে বুবুক.কো-তে জানাতে পারবেন।
৩. যে পণ্যটি ক্রেতা ফেরত দিতে চান, তা যে প্যাকেটে করে সরবরাহ করা হয়েছিল, সেই প্যাকেটসহ অব্যবহৃত এবং অক্ষত অবস্থায় ফেরত পাঠালে তা ‘ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য’ হিসেবে বুবুক গ্রহণ করবে।
৪. কোনো অর্ডারের অর্থ ফেরত দিতে হলে, ‘ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য’ বুবুকে পৌঁছানোর পর ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বুবুক তা দিয়ে দিবে।
৫. শিপিং চার্জসহ বিক্রি হওয়া পণ্য যদি ক্রেতা ফেরত দিতে চান, তবে শিপিং চার্জ ও শিপিং রির্টান চার্জসহ তা ফেরত পাঠাতে পারবেন।
৬. শিপিং ফ্রিতে বিক্রি হওয়া পণ্য যদি ক্রেতা ফেরত দিতে চান, তবে শিপিং রির্টান চার্জসহ তা ফেরত পাঠাতে পারবেন।
Return & refund policy of boobook.co (2023, Applicable for Ecommerce)
- Our return policy is customer friendly. If a user finds a problem with a product that has not been previously reported by boobook.co authorities, it will be changed or refunded according to the product’s availability.
- Customers can report product issues to boobook.co by click the ‘পণ্য সংক্রান্ত মতামত’’mentioned in the footer.
- boobook will accept the product that the buyer wishes to return as a ‘returnable product’ if it is returned unused and undamaged, including the package in which it was delivered.
- For refunds on any order, boobook will issue the refund within 5 working days of the ‘returnable product’ arriving at boobook.
- If the buyer wants to return the product sold with shipping charges, s/he can send it back with shipping and return charges.
- If the buyer wants to return the product sold with free shipping, s/he can send it back with the shipping return charge.
